I have one very useful tips for you: Before you start gagging over those beautiful shoes on the rack or even online, please consider to check the inner of the shoes. You'll be surprised to find there are 3 dots at the soles or sides of the shoes. Yes, stores like Zara, Topshop will put up the Pig Skin Linings signs but not online or any cheap selling shoes shop.

The moment we saw shoes on the rack, with no PSL signs, we went straight away try it on and maybe buy it. But bear in mind, not everyone wants to care bout your can and cannot wear. Inspect the shoes first. Bring magnifier glass if you have to #EHoverpulak . I once went to Amcorp Mall, where they always have like a booths outside and selling cheap flats. And most of the shoes I saw, are Pig Skin Lining. and yet, they don't even tell you whether it's PSL or not. They don't even bother telling you since you are looking all interested with the shoes. Better don't tell than not making money, no?

I don't want to point fingers to any blogshops bout this matter. but There's this one blogshop, I've been eyeing on their really lovely red wedges for so long but kept hesitating to buy. I saw them at the bazaar this evening. I checked the wedges and it was PSL. Thank god I didn't buy it. Most shoes they got it are from China, Vietnam maybe or Korea. So they would normally use pig skins.

How to know if it's pig skin?

Recognize the 3 dots first. Anything with 3 dots, its better to not buy it, no?

I Love Fashion Bazaar

I went to Markets @ Jaya One this afternoon. I always go to any bazaars held in Jaya One cuz it's sooo freakin near my house! :D Anyway, I went there with my sister. Went from 11am - 2pm. Gawwwddd sumpah penat.

This month I promised myself not to shop like crazy. No worries, I didn't. But I did bought few things :S I bought 2 slices of rainbow cake; it was good :) and one tshirt from Pestle and Mortar. They do have cool tshirts for men and few for the ladies. It's different and nice. And I bought 2 cheap skirts for RM10 each. Awesome, I know.

These girls, approached my sister, saying that she wants to take our picture. Because both of us are wearing Azorias shirts! :D We didn't know that they will be there. We love Azorias so much TEHEE

SOOQ Bazaar

So today my sister and her friend and I went to SOOQ Bazaar at Rasta TTDI. I love bazaars! Fashion bazaar! Any bazaar, will definitely try and make it :D I was looking forward to do a henna, AnnaHenna. She's my sister's friend. That's the major reason why I wanted to go and surprisingly I didn't buy anything! :D cuz one thing I promised that I had enough shopping and I already reached the limit of my shopping insanity this month. This month is all about priority, responsibility and keep up with the promise I made to myself -.- Boring, I know.

Anyway, I wanted to have a body henna. On my collarbone, written Utterlysaby like a pendant thingy. But then I'm wearing like a round collar top, so it's pretty hard to do so. I ended up doing it on my hand. I love AnnaHenna so much, the fact that she joins all this bazaar, and do hennas not just for brides, but for fun. You can do it basically where ever you want it and be crazy with it :) It takes only like 10 minutes to do and costs around RM5-10 or more, depends on the design. Check out her facebook page HERE.

And then at night, we went to visit my sister, Kak Ana, in Shah Alam. She had missed abortion and had to go through a painful procedure. So we went to her house, brought along Nome and Lola to cheer her up, and of course, for my niece, Mia, to see :D You bet that Mia is SUPER excited and happy to see the cats.

I swear, she got all excited till she doesn't even bother to put down her Barbie school bag and that cardigan. And when she did take it off, basah baju. She's been sweating the whole time -.-"

I definitely spent my weekend wisely :) Had a great weekend. Now it's back to the Monday-Friday classes and lots of readings to do. Have a great week ahead ya!

My Saturday

Every Saturday, my husband and I tend to do something different. Sometimes we stayed in, sometimes we went out, sometimes we have weddings to attend. Yesterday, my husband and I went to his friend's wedding. His old friends from school. Like back when they were in high school. I think my husband is the smallest among them all *smallest doesn't mean short. you know what I mean*

Then, we went to Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil for Hitz.Fm Birthday Invasion. I was kinda excited, well, at least we are doing something different haha There were new bands performing which some I never heard before. But I love it. It was good. There were Oh Chentaku, Salam Musik, Kyoto Protocol and more. We didn't wait for the concert to end cuz we were getting tired and feels like doing something else hehe

We got this kipas from the wedding. Sangat berguna!!

So we went to KLCC, watched The Descendants. It was good. I loved it! I cried most of the scenes -.- Next movie to watch is definitely Man on a ledge. You see, I watched all movies, all new movies, all good new movies like before any of my friends did. So whenever they wanted to see a movie, they would asked me first -.- Ghost Rider 2, please no need to watch. haha just plain boring. This first one is ze best. Watched War Horse, it was soooo good. Thumbs up, I must say TEHEE

If you guys must know, I've been listening to Hitz.Fm since I was in primary school. I remember this clearly because I shared my room with my elder sister, and we ALWAYS turn on the radio and listened cool awesome songs on Hitz.Fm and always turn up the volume so loud that my mother always bang the door; asked us to turn down the volume or better still, turn it off HAHA

My number one radio channel is definitely Hitz.Fm :) and till now I still listen to Hitz.Fm

I've been on their gotcha calls before this. About my wedding dress -.- Embarrassing moment of my life -.- and I also sent a gotcha to JJ and Ean for my sister haha I love listening to their radio especially their morning crew. Always makes me laugh!

So today, when I was in class, during lecture, in Lecture Theater 7, in the middle of the lecture, suddenly there's a noise coming outside from the hall and they some sort of ambush our lecture hall, wearing all black with the name 'SWAT' on the back. haha

It was JJ and Ean! with their crew!! You can tell that I'm so excited!! JJ was shouting, "Who wants the Birthday Invasion tickets??"

I think I'm the first one to put up my hands! Most girls sitting right next to me, don't know what's the occasion! haha It's their Birthday bash kinda thing, happening in Stadium Bukit Jalil this Saturday. Thank god I sat in front and JJ saw me put up my hands and he come to me "Oh so you want the ticket. Alright, I come to you"

Haha I got the ticket, and I told him "JJ! you did a gotcha on me before! This is just so cool!" and he was "oh wow! really!" haha so awesome. Then he gave me another ticket! So I have 2 tickets! So awesome!! My husband is totally going with me! hihi

Out of all classes there are in Sunway, they entered my lecture hall. The one that I'm in! haha There will be lots of performances by so many artist, I think. Mizz Nina is one of em. Yay! :D

Let's hope I can win their lucky draw; a Myvi! hahaha

New Fluffy Visitor

My husband and I have been searching for a female beautiful cat to be mate with my cat, Nome. Cuz I thought that Nome has a fine genetic, and I'm sure the babies will come out as cute as Nome or even cuter. So husband's friend knew this akak who wants to mate her female cat with any male cat. So, he recommended our cat TEHEE

The plan was for her to send the cat next week, but then everyone got excited, she sent the cat yesterday night. You have no idea what we did to prepare for our new 'menantu' hahaha We cleaned up the house and the balcony now is super clean *previously got few stuff but we got rid off it* Vacuumed and mopped :)

And so the female cat arrived. Her name is Lola. Seriously, the name Lola is just so cute and sexy! I'm not sure whether she's mixed or not but definitely has persian genetics. Got loooonnggg fluffy tail, even longer than Nome's! All of us were kinda excited. I was kinda worried if the cats gaduh or something. but Nome behaved hehe and Lola was kinda cool. She did not panic or starting to be all scared to be in a new place.

We kept her in the cage she was brought in, just for her to smell the house first and let Nome smell her. haha I must tell you that Nome is such a casanova! Haha! The minute we put down Lola's cage, he went straight to the cage, sniffing and sniffing and sniffing till he went to Lola's cute little sexy fluffy ass and started sniffing for quite a long time! Haha we were relieved, at least Nome knows what he's doing! hahahaha

Then we let Lola out from the cage. Nome was doing his thang, smelling her first, lots of sniffing going on and some licking ass action! Seriously, we were actually clapping hands to see some playboy action from Nome. So cute! Nome got onto Lola quite fast, but didn't manage to penetrate or whatsoever you call it TEHEE but one thing for sure, Lola is so garang. When Nome tried to be on top of her, she will get so angry. Tapi lepastu angkat-angkat ekor, pusing-pusing cari Nome. Notty Lola! haha

Before Lola arrived, the owner said that Lola is still a virgin. I swear we were cheering for Nome! "Yay! Nome dapat dara!" hahaha If you must know, before we adopted Nome, Nome had done it with the previous owner's cats, Snowy. and Snowy was pregnant and Nome didn't get the chance to see the babies. but the colors are exactly like Nome! -.- So I'm sure that Nome can do it again hehehe

People said wait at least 1 week for them to mate. 2 weeks top. So, yeah, Lola is gonna be at our house for 1 week. If nothing happened, maybe for 2 weeks. Nome never give up approaching Lola! We were so proud of him haha *macam anak pula -.- *

We slept late last night, just to watch them. haha we were the one who got kinda frustrated when Lola doesn't want to give in and pity Nome who always got the slap from Lola. Till my husband had to put on romantic songs on our stereo, and dimmed the lights. Sumpah kelakar. He said, this will give them the mood to 'do it' #LOLBIGTIME

I think everyone has their own talent or skill in some sports. Well, I've been searching that skill since I was in primary school. I was super active in sports when I was in primary and secondary school. No joke. I love it. I love to run. Really, I love to run. 100m, 200m, 1500m, lari berganti-ganti *I think it's called lari berganti-ganti* -.-

In fact, when I was little, when I started to know how to walk, my parents said that I never walk. I stand up, and run. I run like most of the time. Haha and they said, maybe that's why I had a birth mark on my right ankle.

Everytime our school's sports day, I'm the one who are so excited *not sure bout anybody else*. Like before the sports day, usually my teachers will have like a competition within the house team, to see who qualified to represent the team. I always represent the house team TEHEE. On primary school too, I joined badminton club and represent the school. I got smashed so hard from other schools and I thought, "Man! I sucks in badminton" -.- Then I joined Hockey. I represent the school too. and I thought I was good at it. Well, I'm not THAT good but I do know how to dribble, pass the ball etc.

I joined hockey in my secondary school too. Then later around form 4 or 5, I joined Bowling. Now, before I joined bowling, I'm like any other girl who scored 50-70 and thinks it was "not bad". Then when I joined bowling club, the seniors will teach us how to really play bowling and there will be like a try out and see who can score high. Been practicing for months, and on the day of the try out, my score was super duper perfect! Lotttssss of strikes and spares. No - or 0

And I got to be in the team, competing with other schools in Batupahat. It was pretty awesome :D And that is my sport that I'm good at. but now, there are lots of - and 0 -.-" but I'm maintaining my score to get more than 100 everytime I play.

While for my husband, he always lose whenever we played bowling TEHEE :P but his sport is definitely snooker and golf. I can play golf, just not as good as him. But now, jarang dah pergi driving range :S . I must say, snooker is his sport. He loves snooker and he plays very well. Snooker is definitely a game that you need to think ahead. I can't play snooker. Pegang cue pun dah tak betul -.- goyang-goyang lagi hahaha

And right now, I just got back from snooker, accompany my husband play with his friends. It was fun to see my husband always win TEHEE :P :P :P :P :P :P

Went Chawan Bangsar for dinner.

It is my hangout place at night.

well, not all nights.

I wore Lumier sleeveless flared top, Paper&Scissors brown cardigan, unbranded maxi skirt and belt, Aldo flats, Longchamp handbag.

I must say, nothing can go wrong with colorful pants or skirts. You can always pair it with plain tops or make it like a color blocking trend :)

And on the other hand, today was the tutorial sign up. All I can say is, HELP makes thing easier for the students. They are now doing online sign up. but not in Sunway :( not yet, I think. Let's just hope they change their way of signing up for tutorial and no need to queue up.

So, I guess.... I have classes on Monday o.O

Straight Monday-Friday. Oh maannnn it's been like 2 semesters since I had any classes on Friday! but nevermind.. thank god for their comfortable library and foyer. Can lepak lepak -.-

VU is .....

There was few hectic moments I went through this couple of days. Since there will be no UQ, I applied for transfer credit to VU in Sunway and Monash University and been waiting for my status of credit exemption. So, last Thursday, I went to VU, and got to know that I got 10 subjects for credit exemption. TEN FREAKING SUBJECTS ONLYYYYY. Gawwdd I did about 18 subjects in HELP! This makes me feel like.. oh man, I should just stay in HELP. Cuz I need to do 14 subjects in VU. It's like my 2nd year in HELP is more or less no point.

Then I went to check the status exemption in Monash. They still haven't done processing yet. hmm I figured, fine. Monash might be a bit late for me to enroll cuz I need to decide which I want to go. VU gonna start their classes next Monday.

And soooo, I went to their orientation today. Well, actually, me and my sister went to the orientation together. We were like "Oh man, we are not 1st year students. We are too old for this stuff." Haha All we want to know is where to settle our subjects, fees, activation the account and student ID. We don't really need a campus tour or anything like that cuz I were in Sunway before. More or less, it's still the same. But mostly are quite new -.-

Anyway, we settled few stuff here and there. So yea, gonna take 14 subjects. And will be done InsyaAllah by middle of next year 2013. Hopefully. Amin. But the best thing is, I can go to Melbourne any semesters I want! If I want to do this semester here in Malaysia, then next semester in Melbourne, then summer school back in Malaysia, then last semester in Melbourne, ALSO CAN WANNNN. haha

What bothers me so much is that, I have to take one Accounting subject which is Accounting Information Systems. Oh gaawwd! It's been more than a year since I had any accounting subject, which it will be in my first year. I really can't remember a thing about accounting except for debit and credit, assets, liabilities, equity -.- InsyaAllah boleh la ye.

Basically this is the plan for now. So pump up with the family business now. Going to reveal about it to you guys one day. InsyaAllah. But since I need to focus studying guess I wont be that busy afterall. Going to focus thoroughly after I graduate! :D

Now I should just be all motivated and happy and excited to study in VU! Must do well :)

Korean Food and Cupcakes+

I may not be the most diehard KPOP fans, but I have two best friends that are totally into it. Even my another best friend said, she couldn't understand what they are talking. It's like they have their KPOP language LOL

Then, suddenly, my sister, lovveeesss KPOP soo much. Like totally love it. She lovveesss Kim Hyun Joong. Check out her blog here. and now, I also like KHJ *not quite as much like my sister*. But I really like 2NE1 I AM THE BEST video! haha can't believe I'm saying it here but the video was good :D

Anyway, yesterday evening, she wanted to eat dubu-dubu. First time I heard that name, dubu-dubu, I thought it was cute. Then again, don't know what's dubu-dubu. I imagined it was like sushi, which I hate it :S tried once, totally wanted to vomit -.- Then my sister said there's rice etc. So I thought, oh there's rice. Alright then. If you must know, I'm the type of girl that wants to eat rice and only rice. I mean with lauk or like nasi goreng or nasi lemak. Food like that. but I now can eat other food if there's no rice.

So, we went to eat dubu-dubu in Midvalley. It's near KFC and Famous Amos. I looked up, the shop is called Dubu-dubu. Haha so cute! I thought the food in the menu is called dubu-dubu -.- We ate bibimbap. Not bad, when I'm hungry. For me, it was okay. Not kind of food that I will be craving haha :P *my sister is gonna kill me if I don't like it LOL*

Super near to Midvalley, SS2, KL, Uptown Damansara and basically any other places :)

Farewell Dinner and OOTD

The initial plan was for me to further my studies in UQ this February. FYI, the fees has been paid and all. Whats left is to do my visa and pack my stuff. But you know, we plan, Allah decide. Change of plan. Not going. For few reasons. Anyway, my friend is going. Her flight will be on 18th Feb. To think of her going, makes me sad. I should be on the same plane with her or earlier maybe. I should be her housemate in Brisbane. Sighh.. nevermind. Everything happens for a reason.

So we decided to have dinner together. At Cafe Barbera Bangsar. Now my friend who should be joining us but couldn't make it tonight, Elin, suggested this place. If you guys don't know this place, should try it. I love trying out new places to eat. Fancy places. It was our first time there. It wasn't hard to find the place. Behind Esso Bangsar. Very classy chill place. The food was good. Not bad. I ordered Black Pepper Lamb, it was good but the portion was big. Appropriate for 2 person *but I finished it :S* The chocolate fondant was nice!

Anywaayy, since after my final exam last semester, we haven't had the chance to meet up, to hang out even though I can just drive to my friend's house and kidnap them for lunch or shopping. I've been lazy, I admit :S So this is our first time meet up after almost a month didn't see each other. Plus, I'll be changing university after this, won't be seeing my good friends from HELP. and won't be seeing Amy since she'll be leaving for UQ.

Had a great time talking :) oh golly! I'm gonna miss Amy!

How I Met My Husband

Now now I won't be taking your precious time by telling you on how I met my husband starting from when I started dating -.- It will take ages. Like How I Met Your Mother. but it is still my favorite episodes! #HugeFanOfHIMYM

Anyway, someone requested a post on How I met my husband. It was, indeed, moments that I just couldn't forget :)

It all started when I finished highschool, and straight away further my studies in Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) in Sunway University, without waiting for my SPM results, while all of my friends are still enjoying their 3 months break. Anyway, in Sunway, I've met a lot of new friends. Mostly chinese. Wait. All of my friends in Sunway are chinese. Boy, I do miss them all!

You know, when your friends are mostly chinese, you started to look forward for any malay girls or guy friends. I knew some malay girls the same course as I am and few malay guys. Then one day, as I was walking to get to the next class with my chinese friends, I saw this one malay guy, with a strong feature look, handsome I must say, and if I'm not mistaken he wore a tshirt, jeans, sneakers and a shoulder bag. Oh and he had this red-dyed just at the front of his hair which I think was hot :P We had eye contact. He saw me and I saw him. And of course, I was kinda excited "Ada budak melayu!" haha which he is not in any of my classes. must be in other courses.

But we didn't talk to each other or even smile to each other. I remember that time I was wearing like a pinafore dress over a short sleeve shirt with a very bare natural face. Days goes by, I couldn't remember whether it was the next day or days after, I saw him again. This time, he is going down the stairs, while I'm walking towards him to get to another class. This time, I don't really look at him even though I was kinda excited to see him again. Then I took a glance at him walking down the stairs and I caught him looking back at me! *omg gedik moment of all time*

I couldn't remember if there was other bumping-to-each-other moments, but I remember the most was when I was hanging out with a malay guy friend at the restaurant by the sidegate, they call it Hasra, last time they call it Munaf. Anyway, when I was walking out from the restaurant with the malay guy friend, I saw him, walking towards Hasra and that was the first time I smiled at him :)

Then, days days days after, I was in computer lab, doing some work, printing out some stuff and all when I saw him enters the computer lab. Sunway's computer lab have like few rooms and I went out from the room just to let him know that I'm there, but the major reason was to get the paper that I just printed. He saw me. I smiled at him. And I went back into them room. I was with my chinese friends at that time. But they were sitting away from me cuz the room is empty; only my friends were in there.

About few minutes later, he came into the room I was in, asking whether there's a class and I said no, and then he asked is there anyone sitting right next to me. Now, you must know that the room was empty, lots of empty seats, yet he choses to seat right next to me, with my stack of books on the chair. So he was doing his thang, opened few websites and I took a glance, it was like a car website thingy. He started to ask me what's my name, I said Sabrina. And I asked him what's his, he said his name was Jay. He asked me what course I'm taking, I said I'm doing MUFY and he some sort of guess how old I was at that time and he got it correct. Asked where am I staying, I said at the hostel and such.

Then there was few minutes of silence, till he said this while closing the browse:

"I don't know what I'm doing here, but I'm here to get your phone number" and he straight away took out his PDA phone *at that time* from his pocket; confident that I would give my phone number. Ohh how cute! :D and yes, I gave my phone number. And there's where everything begins.

We had dates at the foyer till late at night *foyer is normally full with students at night;studying* He hangs out with me at the foyer, we talked and such. Ordered pizza hut at night, accompany me studying. It was a great memory :) My hostel curfew was 12am. So around 11.58pm he'll send me off to the hostel gate which is just 1 minute away from the foyer.

We couldn't remember when we declare ourselves as boyfriend and girlfriend cuz we thought to ourselves that the first time we met, we knew we were meant for each other. So we took 20th February, the day we knew each other, as THE date :)

Whenever we reminisce the moment we met, he said to me that, every single day after he saw me in that pinafore, he went around the entire Sunway just hoping he could bump into me again :') Sometimes his class finished late in the evening, he went to the Cafeteria, hoping I was there, but I wasn't. Then he would just go home. I, too was hoping I could bump into him but I didn't walk around the entire Sunway TEHEE and he always told me that before he enters the room where I was in (at the computer lab), he was calling one of his best friend, asking whether should he talk to her (means me), and what to say to me and all. He was nervous and sweating and walking back and forth, whether to enter the computer lab or not hehe :D That was his first time approaching someone that has no related to whatsoever cuz normally he knew girls from his friends or at work.

If you must know, I was in a relationship at that time, but I got everything straighten out. and for him, he was kinda in a relationship too, which he couldn't escape from his supposedly chinese ex-gf -.-

Hometown for the weekend

On Sunday morning, my husband and I went to his cousin's wedding reception.

Afterwards we straight away went back hometown. Main reason was to fetch my sister, she has been staying in hometown with my parents for 2 weeks and I guess it's time to face the real world where not everything are nice -.- exams, assignments and sleepy morning classes.

Anyway, had a really good time back at home. Whenever I'm home (in Batupahat), it feels like nothing to worry about. No need to worry about food; what to eat,where to eat,what to cook etc. No need to worry about money; can just ask my parents some money or they'll give us money. I must say, no worries or cares :) Such a nice feeling TEHEE.

We arrived BP around 6pm, and that night, Huzir's friends who went to JB are on their way back to KL, stopped by at my house. They wanted to have dinner somewhere in the town. My mom loves having guests. She will be all busy as if like she's preparing for more than 10 people. Only 5 of Huzir's friends came.

And the highlight of the night was:

Huzir's friends wanted to park their cars at the porch beside the house. Husband went out and welcomed them. So I came out later, was kinda shouting excitedly "Haiiii koranngg!!" and one of his friends said, "JANGAN BERGERAK!!!" *with their hands waving tell me not to move*

You know, when people said don't move, you tend to think all of the scary things. But I wasn't thinking. What I did was shouting. shouting like hell.

"APESAL TAK LEH GERAK!??!?!??!??! HAAA?!?!!?!!?"

and they said "ADA ULAR!!" guess what I did? I was shouting and screaming and shouting and screaming and shouting while kinda jumping and running. They tell me not to move, and I went shouting and screaming and jumping and running. Pandai Sabrina -.-

I went screaming and shouting at the top of my lungs and ran towards their cars. Apparently, my husband was already in their friends car. He quickly ran asked them to open the door and just sat on whatever was on the seat behind. -.-" and I thought he is my hero LOL

Anyway, I ran, I sat on Huzir's lap and couldn't close the door properly. Gawdd imagine the panicky moment I went through! Terbayang2 ular tu masuk dkt pintu kereta -.- They went outside and park the car.

They saw the snake. Panjang kira-kira satu depa, hitam berkilat dan berdiri. Ular tedung.

Yesssss, it was ular tedung -.- It has a frog in its mouth. Mesti pikir, "Cisss, aku tgh makan sedap-sedap ni, ada orang pulak kacau."

Seriously, I thank god, nothing happened to me cuz they said, the snake was really close to me. WTFFF man. Scares the hell out of me!

After all that, they came in for a drink, ate watermelon and rambutan, we showed them the way to the restaurant and afterwards, we joined my parents and sister at Asam Manis Restoran near Carefour. Steamboat for dinner. I'm pretty sure it was around 10pm -.- Then Tutti Frutti for dessert.

You know, before the Tutti Frutti in BP open, I told my parents to open up one TF shop in BP cuz I know it will totally make profits. And they were kinda excited at that time. But then, don't know what happened. I guess, I was too busy to ask about the TF Franchise Then, 10 months later, there's one TF opened. Sighhh

Anyway, we went back to KL this evening after Asar.

My sister and I went to BP Mall this evening, bought few stuffs mama asked us. As we were waiting for the products to be tested by the guy in Pacific Mall Electronics area, we were making jokes, talking to each other, something that lead me saying "Cheers" (while holding Chatime) to my sister. Then the guy was saying something that I couldn't really hear cuz he's talking weird.

But what I heard was "Cheers cheers minum air tu *pointing at our delicious irresistible Chatime drinks* tak standard. Kena minum wine baru ada standard"

3 words.

WHAT THE FUCK?

Seriously? Oh mmaaannn you are just pathetic. Sesiapa yang kerja dkt Pacific Mall in BP mall tu, silalah lempangkan muka dia utk saya -.- *eventhough tak ingat muka yang mana satu* Seriously, that is just sad. This post is gonna be about hairstyles. *had to compile pictures from time to time* Have you ever went to any saloon, wanting a haircut but then when you got back home, you noticed that it has no much different? Or have you ever hate like seriously hate your new haircut/color? Or have you ever want different hairstyle but turns out totally different than the one you are hoping to get?

Yes, I've been in those situations before. And sometimes it makes me so frustrated knowing that I've spent on something that I'm not even close to what I want. Terrible haircut, layers that are just ridiculous, dry hair caused by unprofessional coloring etc etc. My hair was a disaster before I met my real hair stylist, introduced by a close friend of mine. I did told you before that my stylist is migrating for good. and she did. for about 3 months++. but then I received her bbm, saying that she's coming back! I was so happy! I haven't stepped into any saloon since she went away. Seriously. She was so good that I don't mind spending a little bit more. But ya know, sometimes gotta save on other important stuff too.

Anywayyyy, during the time I first met my hair stylist, Jade, I thought my hair was ok. there was layers, a bit of color and was also dry.

Before:

The picture below when I had a fringe. This was like when I'm 15.. I think. or 16.

Then had my hair short. but this was nothing special. just short.

I did rebonding. and I HATE IT SO MUCHHHH! I did rebonding because I perm-ed my hair before this and I just hate that perm and so I straighten it. It was okay for the first few months but then it gets on my nerve that I look soooo.. no offence, chinese. *now now I'm mix chinese too, don't get me wrong* My hair was super super straight.

Before I had my hair short:

I think this is the best picture I could get a clear picture on the hair. At that moment, I got engaged and I was really bored with my long hair. Like seriously bored. So, I told Jade that I wanted to cut it short. But I'm always afraid of cutting it short. People say short hair suits slim faces :S and so I asked her whether I can pull it off by having short hair. She said, definitely yes! not to say that I have slim face, saying that she can cut your hair according to the shape of your face, your head structure etc etc etc

The moment she saw my long hair, she said "Oh my god. Terrible! Your hair is so terrible. Layers dahsyat. Color tak serata. Kering" and lots more -.- So then, no hesitation I cut my hair short. Short short. and I fell in love with my hair over again and again! *thinking of cutting my hair short again TEHEE* and I thought in 1 years time, when I got married, my hair will grew back on time *but short hair brides are the bomb*

So Jade cut my hair short, change the color to something red. I don't know what the color is. Apparently she mixed lots of colors to get my hair color.

After:

I loved it! Jade leave out few hair in front to be black and others were red. This is the only time I felt satisfied with my hair :)

Then when the hair grew a little bit longer, I wanted to change color and do some highlights and this was the most expensive hair do I ever did. Even the short hair cut was RM3**. Imagine how much is the highlight which is quite tedious -.- But then again, I'm Satisfied!

and by the time of my wedding, my hair was about below shoulder-length already, I changed the color to a bit more appropriate for weddings TEHEE and lastly, change hair color, layered and touched up the roots.

Yesterday night, my husband and I went to Wondermilk, celebrate his best friend's birthday. It was a nice intimate gathering. It's been awhile since he (and I normally would join in) hang out with his friends. Been busy, I guess. Anyway, I had my usual order, Baked Potato Beef Rasher & cheese. It was delicious :) but I really need to try other dishes they have on their menu.

Early Marriage.

I know it may be a bit late to post about early marriage, but better late than never ey. For those who do not know me, or do know me, doesn't even matter, I got married in 2010, when I was 20 years old (19 years old to be exact cuz my birthday is on 24th Dec, and I got married on 11th Dec).

It was my decision to get married early to the man I love. I know I know some people said, how do you know he's the one when you are just still a kid who just finished her high school etc etc. And some people thought that I got knocked up -.- that is just sad and some people thought that I'm no longer studying and that's why wanted to get married early. Say whuutttt.

Questions always been asked: Why do you wanted to get married early at the first place? Welllll, I do love my boyfriend (my husband now) and I felt the connection. I've been in sooo many relationships (not trying to brag or whatsoever) but Huzir seems the only one that I could connect with. Easy to talk to, has sense of humor and I do love that, he understands me like completely understands me, and one important thing, I can be myself and he accepts my worst habit or attitude. -.- and maybe because he is momma's boy, so he treats me well :) So, why wait when I know in another 3 years time I will still be marrying him. Better get married now sebelum terlepas ke tangan orang lain! -.-"

No, Huzir did not do any special gesture or propose me in public or anything like that because we were friends for less than 10 months only and my parents did not expect that he told his mother that he wanted to ask for hand in marriage. Huzir's mother is also surprised to know that he wanted to get married. cuz never before this he mention of getting married. till he found me. ececece *bahagia sat* Anyway, We go back to the old school style. Honestly, at first, my parents .. wait, no, my mother was kinda worried. My dad thought it was a good idea. While my mom, was worried of so many things. Afraid that I'm making a mistake, afraid that I won't be furthering my studies, afraid that I got pregnant at an early age. But after we talked heart-to-heart, and together with a very strong voiced sisters, my mom was okay with it. and maybe because her youngest daughter is getting married, that's why kot hehe My mother has no problem in getting married early, cuz she also married my father during their 3rd year in medicine.

There was no objections or anything like that. So there was merisik, bertunang and akad nikah :)

For me, there's nothing bad/negative things getting married early. I still continue my studies as usual. In fact, it motivates me to study even harder. To get good grades, to get a good job, to earn good income. And honestly, before this, I don't study as hard as I am now cuz sibuk nak berdating, sibuk nak keluar every night to watch movies, dinner la, rindu la, on the phone 24hrs -.-" but now, laki depan mata je. haha and even when he went out or go out with his friends, I know that he will come back home. to me. Hidup jadi tenang :D

And there's no law that you MUST get pregnant as soon as possible once you're married. You can just do family planning. My plan is to finish up with my studies, get a job or open up a business first, then insyaAllah babiieeesssss :D . I'm not trying to say having a baby early is not good, it depends. For me, I think, it's better to enjoy the time with your husband first, bermuda-mudi, jalan-jalan, before having to take care of a child. No?

And of course, before you got married, lots of people saying this and that. Mesti makcik-makcik kata macam-macam. Salah satu "Miang la tu nak kahwin awal" -.-" yes. memang sakit hati bila dengar haha best is just to ignore them.

I knew Huzir in Feb 2008. Raya 2008 merisik. Dec 2009 tunang. Dec 2010 nikah.

So, yesterday, 23rd Jan 2012, was my best friend's wedding reception. I have 5 best friends and we were always in a group and yesterday night, we all became Dayang for Mutiara :) We were given baju kurung, tudung and selendang. Kuning. Macam diRaja gitu.

Around 5pm I went to Azliza's house, get ready over there. I did a bit of makeup on Azliza and Syahidah. Makeup sendiri pandai, makeupkan orang lain, terketar2 sikit ye -.-"

We Dayangs, are like the flower girl. but sat on the stage, accompanying the bride and the groom. Duduk bersimpuh! Imagine that! haha Selamat tak cramp or kebas or semut-semut -.- Takpe, for dear Mutiara, kami sanggup TEHEE

Declutter Time

Ladies, they will never know they have enough, more than enough clothes in the wardrobe/closet once they declutter all of it. Right now, my maid is helping me out declutter all the crappy things/clothes/gadgets/magazines/books in the cabinet in the kitchen.

SO MANY THINGS! I'm the type of person who doesn't really like to throw away unused clothes or any other stuff cuz I always think that I will gonna wear it someday or gonna use it someday. But no. That is just not gonna happen. So today, I really wanted to get rid of all the stuff that I don't want. Clothes that I don't want. Even though they are still kinda new/unused unbranded & branded clothes, I put it aside as 'give it to people or sell it for RM5-10' -.- So many clothes in the house! and since the second bedroom is gonna be my study room/visitor room, I have 2 wardrobe which I'm gonna organize it as efficient as possible -.-

My sister and I was thinking of joining any car boot sale. There's one in Titiwangsa and in Shah Alam. Macam best. Really wanna get rid of these stuff and make space for other things. I'm living in a condo, and if I have so many things, it will totally makes my condo soooo.. crowded. Sesak otak aku. Really, right now, I'm throwing most stuff and selling many unused clothes. For now, there are 3 big plastic bags of rubbish and 1 big plastic bag of clothes. Cabinet in the kitchen alone. Belum bongkar 2nd bedroom wardrobe and my wardrobe.

One of my new year resolution is to study hard. well, extra hard. Yes, you may say, study smart, don't study hard! Well, in order to study smart, you need to work hard too. No? I'm not the kind of student to be studying way advanced before the lecturer does or other kind of smart-studying-method, most probably like what Amalina Che Bakri is doing *Respect*

I'm the kind of student where enter into class with an empty head, write down what the lecturers are teaching, writing each important points on the slides even though I have the notes already just to avoid from sleeping and concentrate more, and study what I've learned 2-4 days after -.-

I do love to memorize. not trying to brag, but I'm good in Biology LOL :P or maybe because my mom taught me Biology before the school starts. And I do love maths. so much. so so so much. But not accounting. No way jose.

I'm actually 2 days away from my short-semester final exam, on Wednesday. And I'm freaking out, as usual :S TWO heavy subjects on one freakin day! One is Global Financial Management or you could call it International Finance *imagine the toughness of the subject whenever there's a word 'International'.* and another one is Derivatives Securities and Risk Management *Now imagine the toughness when it comes to Derivatives!*

I do love the subjects though. Hard, but gives that challenge to do good. Some theory that I can memorize, and calculation that does not give headache. If I got flying colors for Advanced Statistics, insyaAllah I can do this one *kata-kata semangat*

New year resolution: study hard, concentrate more, do better.

Pembakar semangat for today: Cepat habis exam, cepat holidays! One-month break! Yippy!

I admit, I do love to shop online. From clothes to makeup stuff. Cuz some products are way cheaper online.

Well, for clothes, I shopped mostly from Asos.com and Romwe.com . Some that have international shipping are Nasty Gal, Threadsence etc. Pretty clothes that I wish Malaysia have it all.

For websites that have international shipping, no problem. All you need to do is just sign up for Paypal (safer and easier!) and register your credit card. I'm afraid that you must have a credit card to buy products online. But now they do have debit card, which anyone of you can apply for it. Just top up into you debit card, and you can shop whatever you want :D

Some people don't trust online shopping websites; scam and all. But if you go to certain websites that are famous, and other people have bought it from the website, your products will safely arrive at your door step!

It's 2012! *Remind me to always change the year everytime I'm doing my notes okie* TEHEE

I had a lot lot of fun in Singapore! We went to Marina Bay and it was.. breathtakingly beautiful! Absolutely stunning! Will definitely gonna celebrate new year again in Singapore but from the Marina Bay Sands Hotel! Duduk dkt hotel tu, open the curtain, then there's the view! Awesome. I wonder when :D

Anyways, my husband and I reached Singapore around 12.30pm. Checked in to our hotel, its the Hotel 81 Heritage at Jalan Sultan, very close to Nicoll Highway MRT Station *terbaik* can go to basically everywhere you want. The hotel or you can say a motel, is very nice. Cute and clean room, comfortable bed, pretty bathroom. I love it :) and the hotel is super near to this mamak restaurant which has the most famous sup tulang, and 24hrs supermarket. *Credit to my sister for finding the perfect hotel hihi*

So as I reached the hotel, my sister and her friend were there one day before, we changed clothes and get ready to go to Orchard Rd. And straight till night for the countdown at Esplanade, Marina Bay :) We went shopping. Went to H&M, crazy sales there and lots more.

Then around 8pm we reached Esplanade. Pack to the brim! But we managed to squeeze in and found a nice place to sit down. It was worth it :)

I haven't thought about it yet. Guess the top most resolutions are to study hard and do extra well for my studies, and not to eat so much/diet :D oh and gonna be a better wife :)

Last year I went to The Curve and it was okay. Not so fun. Saw the fireworks, though. It was spectacular :) So this year, my husband and I plan to go to Singapore since my sister is gonna be there too, I guess, what the heck. Will drive there on 31st morning, which is tomorrow, and gonna go shopping or window shopping TEHEE :D then gonna go back to the hotel, get ready, dinner and countdown!

It's my husband's birthday! I swear I wished him like every 5 minutes and I sing Happy Birthday song. I had class in the morning&afternoon, and he was on his leave. Too bad I couldn't like skip my classes and celebrate his birthday morning till night.

We supposed to go to Panorama Restaurant at Lookout Point, Ampang but he doesn't want to go there. Well, it is his birthday so he wants to just have dinner at Chilis. I asked the chilis people to bring out the brownies and their people to wish him :) Nothing fancy just me and him :)

I just adopted a cat yesterday. It's been years since I wanted a cat. I mean since the last time my cat died, Toby. I cried so much that time. Definitely, no one can replaced Toby. We are cat lovers. So we decided to have a cat around the house :)

We found an advertisement in mudah.my saying cat to give away. Cute and free! So we picked up the cat, and he is so cute. His previous owner calls him Nome, pronounced as nomi and not nom. Wanted to change his name to Bieber. LOL but then it's a bit hard to call him that. Then we wanted to call him Toby cuz he reminds us of our old Toby. But he never responds to Toby. So we stick with the name Nome :)

He is super scared. like sampai tercungap-cungap and ternganga mulut. Kesian sangat. But we love him to bits :D He is 2 years old. His previous owner told us that he is very manja. Yes he is :)

Huzir bought him 3tier cage. Komainnn kauuu. Gave him IAM. but he rarely eats. Takda mood kot. No friend. This cat is suitable for breeding. Siapa-siapa nak, meh la. Kita rapatkan silaturrahim TEHEE

Hopefully he'll get used to this new environment.

On 11/12/10 last year, I got married to this amazing guy, my husband. hehe It's our One year anniversary! Can't believe that it's been a year now! Time flies! Feels like only last month we got married. Everything is still fresh in memory. The feelings too hihihi

We celebrate our anniversary dinner at Tamarind Springs Tmn TAR, Ampang. The restaurant was indeed incredible. The place, the ambience, the service and the food, was just.. fantastic :) We love it. Since it's our anniversary, we don't mind spending bit more on the food. It was delicious anyway.

I bought a new dress specifically for this candle light dinner. hihi Went to Midvalley in the afternoon just to find the perfect dress :D

Makeup Organizer

It's been awhile since I wanted a makeup organizer cuz my dressing table is so.. full with all sort of stuff. and 3 of my makeup bags really took some space. Hmm or I just should change my dressing table. haha

Anyways, the makeup organizer I bought is not exactly the type that I want. The one that I want is like the Kardashians. I really like those type of organizer. It has much bigger space and I just keep on buying makeups and stuff it all in.

I found many websites selling these kind of organizer but it's pretty expensive. can go up to $200. sooo, one day la kot. for now, better buy a cheap one. The first place I think to buy the organizer is DAISO JAPAN at the curve. Have you guys been there? I love that place. sells so many stuff and cheap too! Yesterday I was a bit in a hurry cuz my friend is waiting for me, to have dinner, so I couldn't really enjoy the stuff there. but i love it!

So what I bought is actually a floppydisk-organizer. haha but it looks so nice if I put my makeups in it. hahaha So I bought like 4 stacks of it.. It's RM10 each. should have buy more for other stuff.

I should buy organizers for everything. Dah berangan nak renovate a bit my room and the house. Since I'm not going anywhere kan *kecewa*.

Oh and organizer for dvds. There's one in the living room but I must put one in the room cuz I don't tend to watch dvds in the living room unless its blu-ray, cuz I'll be watching it sambil baring with snacks and ice-cream in the bedroom. That is life. haha

New Year New You

I know it's not yet new year, but I recently attended this seminar on becoming a better person next year, new year, 2012. It is held by CIMB Wealth Advisors (CWA) people and fyi, my husband and I join this CWA about a year ago, but not really active cuz I'm still busy studying and Huzir wants to focus on his work first. But anyway, we attended the talk and it was really motivating.

Have you guys ever heard of the book or the video on TheSecret? I bet lots of you have already read it or watch it. Well, basically it is law of attraction. Whatever you think of it, consistently, you will get it. This is not some nonsense voodoo stuff, but it's just law of attraction. If you think of the stuff you want, you will tend to work for it and attract it.

I always do this law of attraction when I wanted a cheap parking in college. I tend to think of the parking the moment I woke up and usually, I got it. But if I tend to think that there's no way of getting it, then too bad. Cuz the universe doesn't know what you want or don't want. What you always think is what you'll get.

Few things I remember during the Inner modification talk is that you need to work on the law of attraction. Say things consistently what you want. If you want a house, be specific what kind of house you want. If you want a car, be specific on what kind of car you want. Or you can start by saying " I'm healthy, I'm happy, I'm wealthy and I'm successful " You can always add more. I'm lucky or I'm so smart. Tehee and Everything you say is a pray.

Next is to ALWAYS BE POSITIVE. Never have negative thinking. That will interrupt the law of attraction. Be positive. Always think that there's always an opportunity or ways.

and lastly is not to be mad or angry for so long. Yes, we humans get mad all the time. But don't be mad for so long! What you need to do is 'Switch' it! Switch it and be happy again. Everything you do when you are in bad mood, well, it's not gonna work. Bagi stress lagi adalah. So be happy. Traffic jam that makes you so stress, switch it! Be happy. Relax. That is life. Be positive.

And moving on to Outer modification is basically about branding. How do you want to power up your brand? Do you want to make people see you as confident and poise person? You can by the way you dress and portray your character with the way you talk and such.

I really had a great time in the seminar. Law of attraction. You guys should give it a try. Manalah tau..... :)

I watched Ombak Rindu just now. I couldn't stress more on how much I love this Ombak Rindu novel. It was my first novel I read back when I was in Standard 6. My friends bought this novel, I read it the first few pages, and decided to buy the novel. I love this novel till I wrap the book ok!

To those who haven't read the novel, do read it. But I'm not sure whether they still selling it or not. It's been so long already. I think I've lost mine :S Everytime I went back hometown, I always try to find the novel, but couldn't find it. Sighh.. mesti cari balik!

The movie was awesome. I love it. I can even tell the script especially when Mail asked Izzah about does her husband looks like the guy who is marrying Mila. Hahaha :D

I am so happy :) I'm not the type of person who likes to watch malay movies in the cinema. NOT that I underestimate the quality of malay movies (Which sometimes is clear enough), but I tend to think that I can watch it during Raya or it will be released soon in the TV, unless, the movie really attract my attention :D

It's been always like this. When I decided to go, paid all fees, only to do visa and others, I tend to have ... so many thoughts. Like should I go. Should I really go. Can I do it? Do I think I'm capable to cope that so much stress. Even yesterday I had stress big time, I tend to cry. a lot. Yes, oversea sounds tempting. Graduate with one of the top uni in Australia is tempting. But bear in mind, it's gonna be a whole lot some sacrifice, a tonnes of stress, and of course, a bucket full of money.

I decided to just finish my degree here in Malaysia. I really hope this decision will change -.- What making me even more stress is this semesters subjects. I will receive this sem results when I'm about to board in the plane or I reached Australia. Imagine that. God knows what are my results *touchwood*

Parents know best. Yes? So, I'm gonna follow what my parents say. Parents say/advice/blessings are so important. They are right. They know best. So I'm just gonna do my thing and study hard. They did say, you can do masters. Anywhere. Anytime. I guess that's the right time to go. I can take any major I LOVE! Not some cracking head ass majors.

I don't want to think about this for now. It really cracks my head to think so far ahead. For the time being, I'm not going. This is just.. sad. :( Dah berangan boleh kurus dkt sana eh? My favourite series of all time! I'm constantly following How I Met Your Mother from the first season till now. I must say, I can watch any episode when I'm bored, when I want to eat lunch or dinner, and when I feel like watching it. I love HIMYM so much! I followed Gossip Girl too. Well, after the 4th season, they stopped for awhile and now they back on track. I just downloaded the Season 5 from Episode 1 - 8. Attended Huzir's friend's wedding at Marriott Hotel Putrajaya. I wanted to wear like kaftan top with like pareo, but then, I wanted to wear like a formal long dress. In the end, I decided to wear kaftan top with black long half-transparent skirt.

I LOVE THIS MAKEUP REMOVER

I bought this makeup remover when I was in Paris. When I saw this product, I bought it straight away! Cuz I read a review before this and I instantly want to buy it. I am so happy :D It removes completely everything. Erm of course other makeup remover removes everything you put on your face but this one makes it easier.

It's water based. And it doesn't hurt my eyes like any other makeup remover. It comes in a big bottle like the picture above. And I bought the promotion package. Cost around EURO19 something, I think.

I love this product! I don't know where I can find this Bioderma anywhere else. Online ajelah kot. I use this makeup remover only when I have a really heavy makeup cuz I don't want to finish it so fast -.-

Yesterday, was pretty hectic. I have class from 8-10am and then I have to go to the bank to pay my short semester fees and UQ fees. omg talking bout UQ fees, I'm really excited but at the same time makes me think like, am I sure about this, and am I able to cope up with the studies etc. Nervous dow! Anyway, then later on I have a replacement class from 1130-1230 but I missed that class cuz I couldn't get back to college, still at the bank. Then continue class 12-2pm. Itu pun masuk lambat.

So kelam kabut. But then after 2, went back, my friend Amy came over to my house, and get ready at my house. We went out like 7something pm. I was so scared that I couldn't make it in time. The fashion show starts at 8pm (of course they won't start exactly at 8pm but they say that they'll gonna close the door by 8) So, we were kinda rushing to Zebra Square. Thank god I checked out the route to Zebra Square earlier that evening. It's near the new Al-Rawsha.

It's totally a new experience for me. So exciting! :D Here are few pictures I took.

Psyched! Haha No, I'm not pregnant. It's just, I've been spending time with my niece, Mariam, today. When she was much younger & smaller, I used to babysit her. Babysitting her was very easy. She doesn't cry a lot. Cries only when she wants her milk. Easy. Not tiring. And now, she's almost 2 years old, she can walk and all she do in the shopping mall is walk and run. It's kinda tiring to see her to not bump to other people HAHA but we still enjoy having her on our shopping spree in Pavilion this evening.

And that makes me realize that, I am not ready to be a mother. Nope. Not ready. Seriously, you need to prepare mentally and physically. Bukan penat or anything. Erm yes. Penat tu memanglah. But above all that, I am still in my zone where I need my own suuweettt time. When you have a kid, it's all about him/her. Everything comes after your kid. Your kid must be the priority. No? And I'm not ready for that. I don't want to be a selfish mother who thinks of her own wants first instead of thinking of her kids. Kan? Betul tak? -.-

Anyway, InsyaAllah, lagi 3 tahun, we'll start thinking about having a baby. Teringin juga sebenarnya nak jadi young mommah. HAHA :P macam-macam.

This week itself I have an assignment to submit, prepare for presentation next week and lots of readings to do. I'm doing my short semester, and it's moving so fast! The lectures are doing so quickly cuz they cramp all the 14weeks lectures to 7 weeks lectures. Imagine that. Everything is doubled. Double hours of lectures and tutorials. So far, I'm doing just fine. Still can cope up.

And yesterday, I supposed to have a class from 4pm-6pm, but I have to pick up my sister at LCCT at 3pm. I arrived around 2.50pm. The flight landed 3.20pm. But waited for her to take her bag etc, 4pm only we get out from LCCT. I arrived in college at 5.10pm, attended class for around 45 minutes. I'm so proud of myself. Cuz usually I would just skip the class and go back home with my sister. Haha I've become such a responsible adult/student, no? Teheeeee :D

Anyways, it's Saturday! Will be going to Pavilion later on. Have a great weekend guys!

I received an email from Dearest Suhana. Hello Suhana! :D *waving hands* She asked me bout the Paris trip, budget, hotels, metro station tickets and stuff. I'll try to reply as many information I can give you while it is still fresh in my mind hihi I'm sharing these details with you guys with no intention of showing off #justsaying

We bought the tickets from my husband's friend, she's working at AirAsiaX. We get the 'staff' price so I guess it's a bit cheaper than the usual price. RM1,200 for one person Return flight ticket. So, 2 return tickets will be RM2,400. When we received a call from Huzir's friend, we were like instantly said yes! The price (RM2,400) include airport tax, flight meals to Paris, and 15kg for luggage for each of us.

The hotel we stayed is Hotel Monte Carlo. The hotel was so nice. We requested for a double room facing the street, en-suite private bathroom. There's room with sharing bathroom (which is a bit cheaper) but then again, I don't want to share bathroom with anyone -.- I like to take my sweet time in the bathroom hehe But then the manager upgrade our room facing the courtyard/garden. Quiet and very nice. The manager is super helpful and do speak english well. He can show directions to wherever you wanna go. One night is for Euro84. We stayed for 8days 7nights, costs Euro593 (including reservation fees Euro5). The hotel is quite near to Grands Boulevard metro station. There's Hotel Ibis and Holiday Inn nearby. 2 Halal Kebab shop nearby. Very near to Carrefour city supermarket and Cocci Market, Pharmacy, and more patisserie (pastry) cafes. *Credit to my sister, Nabila for finding this hotel!*

The metro was very confusing at first. We reached Orly South terminal (or they call it Orly Sud) airport and have to take the Air France shuttle to Invalides then to Grands Boulevard. Thank god there's this french woman help us out or else we will not be finding our way to the hotel! We have to go through few other stations to reach Invalides! Reading the metro stations is quite easy afterwards. You need to see which station you wanna go, and then look where is it heading. That's where you need to follow the sign. The metro tickets is Euro1.70 for one person. Anywhere you wanna go. Except to the airport (different price). So basically, we paid Euro3.40 for two tickets. Some french people will jump over the ticket entry machine cuz no one checks your ticket and there'll be no ticket entry machine on the next station.

Maps will be given everywhere! Make sure to grab one metro map at the airport. That will come in handy cuz that map is much clearer for you to see if you're going back to the airport. We went to Disneyland and booked our tickets online from Isango.com . Check that out. Print the tickets, present it at the Isango office at Rue Di Rivoli, get your tickets. Transportation will be provided. You can also buy other tickets like dinner at Eiffel Tower, cruise at Seine River and more. We didn't go up the Eiffel Tower cuz 1) we like the view from the park across the Eiffel Tower 2) Trying to cut budget 3) we didn't buy online so will be a bit waste of time to queue to buy the tickets.

If you wanna go to museums, and if you really wanna go to every museums, better buy the 2days/3days/6days museum passes. The more you visit the museums, the more you save! Or else, don't. You can buy the passes at Tourism Office.

We brought Euro1k for the whole trip. If you think you'll gonna buy a lot of stuff, then by all means, bring mooorrreee money. But if you don't want to spend a lot, Euro1k is more than enough. I even bring some euros back :) We spend more on food. Cuz it's quite expensive. Breakfast more than Euro10 for both of us. The kebabs will be around Euro8. Do bring food. Maggieeeeeee, bubur nasi, beras, gula ambil from McDonalds, nescafe, tea bag. Haha We brought small rice cooker and small kettle. We cooked nasi and then eat with serunding. then later got a letter from the management saying it's formally forbidden to cook. HAHAHA who cares.

Tips I can give you:

1) Don't buy the painting of the Paris scenery for Euro10. That's too expensive. Usually it goes for Euro1.8-2.50

2) Buy small Eiffel Tower keychains from black people outside the eiffel tower. They sell very very cheap.

3) There are so many souvenir shops, so better walk around first before buying it. Souvenir shops at the city might be a bit more expensive.

4) Do bring credit card. Just in case :D

5) Bring a lot of food if you wanna cut budget.

6) Maxis sucks <- takde kena mengena but the roaming charges is super duper duper expensive. Even when I switched off my handphone, they still charge into my bill.

If any of you follows my twitter, you guys would have known that my husband and I reached Malaysia early this morning, around 5.50am. It's 12 hours and 30 minutes journey. Alhamdulillah, selamat sampai :)

Paris is wonderful. Beautiful. The weather is just nice :) not close to hot and not too cold. I think autumn is the perfect time to go. Ahh enough with words. Let the pictures do the talking :)

At Eiffel Tower. We went from morning till night.

It was majestically beautiful :)

At Musee Du Louvre. One of the world's great art museums. Saw the Napoleon Apartments, saw Leonardo Da Vinci's paintings. We went to Musee D'Orsay and others.

We notice that Starbucks are much cheaper than any other patisserie cafes there.

How I wish there's 3stack pancakes here in Starbucks Malaysia.

Despite the scary people, smelly buildings, dog-pooping-in-the-middle-of-the-street, and dirty-place-everywhere-you-go, we really had fun on our honeymoon! Will definitely go there again (for maximum 3 days then go other places) in the future.

We're here in Paris for 6 days now. The day after tomorrow is our flight back to Malaysia! Ohhhhh I can't wait to be back in my home, having a very nice loonnngggg bath with my favorite shampoo (not that I didn't bath here, and I didn't bring my own shampoo) haha

Malaysia is just too awesome.

What I can see/observe here in Paris:

1) So Dirty! Lots of sampahhhh everywhere. Yucks! But not when it comes near the city. The city is clean.

2) Smelly! because of many sampah, and also, dogs poo/pee everywhere! Nak termuntah aku.

3) They carry their dogs like everywhere. Even into the ZARA store -.- FYI, I'm really really really afraid of dogs cuz last time a dog chased me, not knowing whether the dog is trying to attack me or trying to play with me. I do ran like crazy. So, when I saw dogs over here, I am so scared even though the dogs are being chained/hold by their owners. And the dogs just shit in the middle of the street!

4) French people talk to themselves! I came across people who talk to themselves. Scary shit. Siap marah-marah pun ada ok.

5) Not so much of public toilets. It's sooooooo hhaarrdddd to find a public toilet!

6) Never go to the areas outside the centre of Paris or the city. Nigga banyak gila and it's pretty scary.

Thank god Malaysia people don't really carry their dogs around. Thank god Malaysia have so many halal food (Duhhh it's an Islam country). Thank god Malaysia is so clean.

But we do enjoy our stay here in Paris :) It's all new experience to us. We know how to use the metro efficiently TEHEE :D We walked like a lot the first 4 days till our feet hurts so bad! We went to all the main attractions in the first 3 days :)

Our hotel we're staying is pretty nice :) The room is just nice. The manager is very helpful. They clean up your room every single day and change everything new every day after you get out from the room. The location of the hotel is not scary at all. Many shops and cafes. And near to the metro station.

We had fun. But really, we can't wait to go back!!!! Haha :D

Bonjour! I am now blogging from Paris! We arrived in Orly Paris around 7.40am Tuesday 1st November. The weather is just nice. Cold but still bearable unlike the time I went to Melbourne, even though it's still spring, the wind is super cold. Here in Paris, it's autumn and the temperature is around 9-11 degrees.

We were so excited! I took lots of pictures and videos! Will definitely update more on Paris!

" The other night, I had a conversation with a young woman who had a number of decisions ahead of her, one of which is whether she would go to grad school or travel the world.

I told her to travel. Hands down. No excuse. Just go.

“Yeah, but…”

Never were more fatal words spoken.

Yeah, but… what about debt?
Yeah, but… what about my job?
Yeah, but… what about my boyfriend (or dog or car or whatever)?

“Yeah, but…” is pernicious. Because it makes it sound like we have the best of intentions when really we are just too scared to do what we should.

It allows us to be cowards, while sounding noble.

Most people I know who waited to travel the world never did. Conversely, plenty of people who waited for grad school or a steady job and traveled still did those things — eventually.

Be careful of the yeah-but. The yeah-but will kill your dreams.

I was so stirred by this conversation that I shared it with a group of about thirty young adults last night, many of which are asking these very questions.

The life you’ve always wanted

When you get older, life seems to just sort of happen to you. Your youth is a time of total empowerment.

You get to do what you want. As you mature and gain new responsibilities, you have to be very intentional about making sure you don’t lose sight of what’s important.

So if you still have a reasonable amount of control over your circumstances, you should do what really matters. Because life won’t always be just about you.

During early adulthood, your worldview is still being formed. It’s important to steward this time — to give yourself opportunities to grow. A good way to do that is to travel.

So, young person, travel.

Travel wide and far.
Travel boldly.
Travel with full abandon.

You will regret few risks you take, when it comes to this. I promise you.

There are three reasons to travel while you’re young:

1. Traveling teaches you to live an adventure

When you look back on your life, you will have moments of which you are proud and maybe a few you regret. It’s likely that the following won’t be on the latter list:

Bicycled across the Golden Gate Bridge.
Appeared on Italian TV.
Hiked a Mayan ruin.
Learned Spanish in three months.
Toured Europe by train.

They’re not on mine (fun fact: I’ve done all of the above)

What, then, will be?

Holding back.
Being afraid.
Making excuses.
Not taking more risks.
Waiting.

While you’re young, you should travel.

You should take the time to see the world and taste the fullness of life. It is worth whatever monetary investment or time sacrifice that is required on your part.

It’s not about being a tourist. It’s about learning the importance of experiencing true risk and adventure so that you don’t have to live in fear for the rest of your life.

2. Traveling helps you encounter compassion

In your youth, you will make choices that will define you. The disciplines you begin now will be with you for the rest of your life.

Traveling will change you like little else can. It will put you in places that will force you to care for issues that are bigger than you.

If you go to southeast Asia, you may encounter the slave trade. If eastern Europe, you may see the effects of genocide and religious persecution. If Haiti, you’ll witness the the ugly side Western paternalism.

Your heart will break.

You will begin to understand that the world is both a big and small place. You will have a newfound respect for the pain and suffering that over half of the world takes for granted on a daily basis. And you will feel more connected to your fellow human beings in a deep and lasting way.

You will learn to care.

3. Traveling allows you to get some culture

While you’re still young, you should get cultured. Get to know the world and the magnificent people that fill it.

There’s nothing quite like walking alongside the Coliseum or seeing Michelangelo’s David in person. I can describe the city of San Juan and its amazing beaches and historic sites to you, but you really have to see it for yourself to experience it. You can read all the books in the world about the Great Wall of China or The Louvre, but being there is a different story.

The world is a stunning place, full of outstanding works of art. See it.

Do this while you’re still young. Do not squander this time. You will never have it again.

You have a crucial opportunity to invest in the next season of your life now. Whatever you sow, you will eventually reap.

Please. For your sake, do this.

You won’t always be young. And life won’t always be just about you. So travel. Experience the world for all it’s worth. Become a person of culture, adventure, and compassion.

“What if I’m not young?”

Travel, anyway. It may not be easy to do, but find a way to get out of your comfort zone. It’s really never too late.

But if you haven’t gotten sucked into the routine of life yet, I implore you — travel. It will never be easier than it is right now for you to do that which really matters.

It's my best friend since we were small, my partner-in-crime, my dearest cousin's convocation. I am so proud of her :) She has done with her diploma and now doing degree in Accounting, in UiTM. She received, Anugerah Naib Canselor! *applause/cheering crowd*

After my exams, I felt like, I wanna do something different! I wanna have my girls night out. And I did! My husband gave permission with 3 conditions:

1) No dancing with guys

2) Don't be naughty

3) Don't take whatever drinks people give you.

Easy peasy. I don't drink and I'm just having a girls night out with Amy :)

At first, we wanted to join my friends from HELP in the Street Party where they all dressed up and walk from Pavilion to Changkat. But then, Amy got us RSVP at Milk! Yayy! :D Free entry if you dressed up for halloween before 12am

We had a great time together. There are so many guys hitting on us *woot woot at least I know I'm still in the 'market'* HAHAHAHA No worries, baby. I love you so much :D

I dressed up very simple cuz I don't have any scary halloween costume to wear. So I wore a black with gold details dress with a gold masquerade and I wore wanted-a-dramatic-eyemakeup-but-fail makeup -.- " Amy thought I looks like Blair! SCORE! haha and Amy goes as a kinky kitty! :D

I did some cleaning around the house, trying to start packing for our honeymoon but always fail to find the luggage *it's actually in the cabinet* We are excited. Oh my god. Anyyywwaayyyssss, I went to Midvalley this evening, grabbing few stuff. I already decide not to buy anything cuz I'm gonna buy more cheap stuff at ChicPopStreet Market tomorrow till I lay my eyes on this store which is kinda new. It's Bershka! It's freakin Bershka!! Haa apa lagi.. shoppinglah! :P

Then later on, we watched Paranormal Activity 3. The most fucked up movie ever. Cuak jugak sebab banyak terkejut. But nahhh nothing much. I think the first and second one are much scarier than the third one. *tapi still tutup-tutup muka dengan telinga jugak in the cinema*

What's happening to the world? What's happening to our humanity? What happened?

Teenagers kill and throw their babies away, people become so cruel and heartless. Unbelievable. It definitely breaks my heart to read all this kind of news. Seriously, somebody tell me, what's happening? Sometimes, when I read the news, I tend to be in their position. I surely not able to do such horrible things but to think what they are really thinking, really makes me so angry. What's going on in their heads when they are throwing the babies away? What's going on in their minds when they are killing the babies? WHAT? That's irrational person would do it. That's the only explanation for all this. Irrational people. Psycho people, to be exact. To say they don't have education background? Bullshit.

Bayi dibuang macam buang sampah. What does your religion taught you? Doesn't matter what religion you are in, religion teaches you to have a heart, have humanity, be thankful, do good things and only good things.

Sometimes it frightened me to have children of my own. I am scared that I will not be able to give a good education and guidance. Am I capable of taking care of my own child? Am I able to teach em right instead of wrong? You can never be overprotective towards your children cuz later they'll rebel like hell. You can never take it easy cuz they'll stray away and up to one point, you can't do anything about it.

I wonder, how do my parents taught me? They taught me (in fact all of my sisters) very well. They don't beat us up. I don't remember growing up being hit by my parents. The most I get is a slap at the back. but I sure remember when I was little, mama was very fierce and I always 'manja' with my father. But when I grew up, I tend to be more close with my mother.

Parents must do a big role in bringing up a child. To stay in the right path. To not do bad things. To always observe what are they doing every minute. It is hard. Am I ready for that? Guess you'll need to face it then you'll know when you are ready but at that time, whether you are ready or not, you still have to do it.

Have you guys seen the little chinese girl being hit and run and pedestrians just look and walk away? Have you guys seen that? Speechless when I saw that video. Breaks my heart into pieces. Apa salahnya angkat budak tu ketepi or maybe bring her to the hospital or better still, don't hit her at the first place! Bloody hell. People are so ignorant. Don't be like that, guys. That is mean. Heartless. That kid must be crying her lungs out and people still don't give a shit. Man, it really is the end of the world :\

Right now, I don't care if people say Malaysian are nosy people. Suka menyibuk especially time accident. Well guess what? At least we care. Baru 5 minit accident, dah 10 kereta berhenti tolong. Be penyibuk (in a good way, please) and help people. Who knows, one day you needed help, people will help you. What goes around comes around. You do shit to people, people do bigger shit to you.

My eldest sister ask me if I want to join her to go to the new opening +Wondermilk at Publika Solaris Dutamas. At first I was reluctant to go cuz I have few things to do but what the heck. And thank god I went. There were few shops lined up and performances etc. I didn't have the time to put on my makeup so I just did the bare minimum makeup, and wore so simple that makes me feel like, "Damn, I should have wear something nicer" -.- by the time I reached there.

I bought one blue trench coat *not-so-thick-trench-coat* at SPTNKSWTHRT By Ami Schaheera
booth. It's RM35 only! SCORE! I knew Kak Ami cuz I do read her blog from time to time. And apparently, she's my sister's friend. -.-

Had a great time :) I've been studying the whole morning, and it's kinda nice to take a break and mingle around :D And I used to say this before, Solaris Dutamas is so gonna be my hangout place. Lagi-lagi ada Wondermilk there, and tutti frutti, and Nathalie's Gourmet, ahh heaven! :D

Today, 14th October 2011, is Huzir's convocation. I know it's too late for graduation since he's been working for almost 2 years and only now he's graduating. He has small issue with his graduation project but you know what people say, Never ever ever give up! Haha

So yeah, I attended his convo *of course* this evening. Supposed Huzir's mother/my mother-in-law join us but she couldn't make it.

Anyway, even though it's a bit late for graduation, it will never be too late for me to wish
